PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The deadline for check payments is September 30th. After September 30th, all payments must be via credit card. All payments MUST be received prior to entry into the event. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact Courtney Castro, firstname.lastname@example.org.
DIETARY & OTHER NEEDS
There will a variety of food items to choose from throughout the day, including gluten free options. If you have other dietary allergies or restrictions, please specify this information during your online registration. As well as if you have other needs that we should be aware of so you may fully participate in this event. We do our best and work with the venue to accomodate your needs and will contact you if we have questions or are unable to provide a suitable solution. Advance notification of at least 5 days is appreciated.
By registering for this event, you are consenting to potentially having your picture taken and utilized on the web, in social media, and in print. Use of such images will be used for marketing or educational purposes only and will not be used in any profit making venture. Your photos will not be sold or used by any organization other than CHI, JSI, and the organizations represented on the NH Healthy Homes Steering Committee.
